No wonder my horse used to get a lot of allergic reactions to some of the grooming products I used to buy - this is a deciphered/in English list of ingredients that was in an old 'Detangle and Shine' bottle I had here.....

2 types of Silicone
Acid
Synthetic Polymer
Alcohol
Preservative
Antiseptic salt
Fatty Alcohol
Paraben - that can cause cancer
Paraben - that mimics Estrogen
Paraben - that can trigger skin irritations
And that was just in one little spray bottle of product. Now for me I would NEVER think of putting that on me, so why would I put it on my beloved horse...I hate to think of the reactions my sensitive Baxter would have to all of that.
